What we collect
Through the website form we receive only your name, mobile number, event type, preferred date, number of guests, the hall you chose and any message you write. We also note which page you sent it from.
Why
We use these details only to call you back, tell you if your date is free and plan your event with you. We do not use them for advertising and we never sell them.
Who sees it
Only the owner of RKV Groups and the staff who handle bookings. The details are saved in a Google Sheet and sent to the owner by email, so Google stores them on our behalf.
WhatsApp and calls
The WhatsApp and call buttons open the WhatsApp or phone app on your device. Those conversations follow the terms of those apps.
Map
The map on this site is provided by Google Maps and follows Google’s privacy policy.
